I don't know if you still do New Year's resolutions. Many people stop making them as they grow older. They grow weary of the endless cycle of disappointment from failing, so they make a decision not to even try. This year, however, I'm going for it. I wish to lose weight, & have wanted to for more than a year now. I'm far from my ideal body weight '" my health care professional said to me that I was at least 50 pounds over the standard weight so for this next year at least fitness is my central focus. Although I wish to lose weight, I have not always felt this way. For quite a long time, I was in denial about how far I was my ideal body weight and fitness and exercise seemed almost like bad words. So far, I have lined up lots of lose fat fast plans. A lot of these look good, but some are obviously better than others. When I told my mom that I wants to lose weight she suggested taking something with ephedra in it. Apparently, ephedra weight-loss is the very best kind. Regrettably, however, ephedrine has lately been banned by the government. I want to lose weight, but I suppose I waited a little bit too long to jump on the band wagon. Now that the most effective weight-loss pill is no longer available to buy, I don't know what I'll do.

Although I wish to lose weight "and want it desperately" I am pretty firm about doing it the right way. I only want to lose weight naturally.
